CONFERENCES & TEAMBUILDING

At KwaThabisile we take great pride in our gourmet food, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Our facilities are perfect for small press conferences, product launches, conferences and teambuilding sessions. However, you are welcome to self-cater or arrange for your own preferred caterer.

KwaThabisile has a modern and fully equipped conferencing facilities in a peaceful and serene setting. The Terrace, poolside and bush gardens are a perfect location for breakaways, cocktails and informal gatherings.

You are welcome to request for our conferencing equipment includes 2 flipcharts, stationery, a large whiteboard, screen and Proxima projector. We can also arrange for mid-morning and afternoon tea as an additional requirement.

Our conference room can comfortably seat 30 delegates in a U-Shape table formation or 64 delegates in a schoolroom-style formation or 8 seater circular tables.

PAINTING HOLIDAYS

KwaThabisile is extremely proud to host internationally renowned painter, Robert McClean, at our unique Painting Holidays.

Our package includes personal instruction and workshops, as well as inspirational visits to intriguing locations in the area.

Robert is a highly experienced and enthusiastic tutor, who dedicates time to individual tuition as well as group work. On a KwaThabisile Painting Holiday, there is room for experienced artists as well as beginners.

Robert’s approach is informal, relaxed and friendly, and along with KwaThabisile’s naturally peaceful environment, inspires a wonderfully creative energy for you to explore your artistic boundaries.

Robert McLean is a South African born artist now settled in Scandinavia. He studied at the Johannesburg Art College.

FILM & STILL SHOOTS

KwaThabisile is located in an area rich in history, culture and activity and is situated in the heart of a 200 ha game reserve. We, therefore, have an extremely wide variety of locations for your film and still shoots, both on-site and nearby.

Let us take care of you and your crews’ every need for the duration of the shoot, leaving you to do what you do best: creating the most amazing visuals that will capture KwaThabisile’s spirit and peace!

Our unusual and exciting location provides an authentic, intimate and totally unique experience. A true African Bush location, yet with style and elegance reflecting the diversity of the region’s beautiful surroundings.

Allow us the honour of making your most special day one that neither you or your guests will ever forget.

Here you will need to book EXCLUSIVITY of the lodge (minimum 22 people up to 45 people or more depending on the configuration of the group and use of accommodation nearby). Please note that you are allowed to play music as long as the level of the sound is acceptable within our conservancy.
