In order to secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit to be made by direct deposit or internet transfer. Please email confirmation of your deposit.
Unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities.
The deposit shall be forfeited in event of cancellation. Any no-show will be charged for, and the rest of the stay will automatically be cancelled. Any cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged for in full. Any cancellation within 31 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the full amount.
Any cancellation or modification of the reservation must please be made in writing (via email), and KwaThabisile will acknowledge receipt and confirmation of this via email.
The full amount of your stay is payable upon arrival. Any additional expenses incurred during your stay will need to be settled before departure.
We would appreciate it if you will advise us of your estimated time of arrival.
Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00 am. You are welcome to make arrangements prior to your arrival to come earlier or leave later than the times stipulated.
Please note that we have a strict NO music policy unless you book the lodge EXCLUSIVELY. This is in order to respect the peace and quiet that our other guests have come for and to get away from the City noise.
